Austin Gilbert, CEO
Austin Gilbert serves as the CEO of Right Choice Strategies, and was born and raised in Clovis, CA. Austin Graduated with honors from San Jose State University in 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and GIS mapping. Entering the political arena during redistricting, Austin has worked for the California Republican Party, Congressman David Valadao, fmr. Congressman Devin Nunes, David Perdue, State Senate candidate David Shepard, and Congressman John Duarte.
Haiden Drake
Haiden Drake serves as Chief Financial Officer at Right Choice Strategies. A Central Valley native, Haiden was born and raised in Bakersfield California. Haiden has worked on a number of campaigns in the Central Valley, Orange County, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and Texas and brings a breadth of expertise in the fields of operational management, communications & messaging, field, texting, and overall campaign strategy.
Brandon Herreman
Brandon Herreman is a Central Valley native, raised in Sanger, CA. His political career began in late 2013 with the Valadao for Congress campaign. Brandon brings nearly 10 years of campaign experience. He has successfully orchestrated and executed data-driven campaigns throughout the Central Valley. Most recently, Brandon led Congressman Valadao to a victory in one of the most contested congressional seats in the country.
